A visit to remember My husband and I spent my birthday eve and birthday morning at Chateau AltraVista. It's a little taste of Germany right here in the Pacific Northwest. If your looking for something different rather than just the ordinary bed & breakfast, this is the place to stay. I must say, the best part of Chateau AltraVista was our visit with the owner, Mr. Lange. What a wonderful man with an incredible history. It was our pleasure to have had the opportunity to visit.
